C-THRU MY EYES

Let me set up the scene of our last makeup endeavor together. I was leaving NYC on the 5th around 5pm but Zewidi & I decided we’d be able to squeeze in a makeup application before I had to head to the airport. She had a shoot with New york Magazine TIME OUT. It’ll be on stands late February (I think that’s what she said) so please look out for it! CERTIFIED BANGER!

Anyway I live in Washington Heights when I’m in NYC & for you all who don’t know the area that’s Uptown – like WAY uptown – 187th street – people like to clown me for how far uptown it is but I LOVE the area and it’s only a 2 block walk to the nearest A express train & I’m off .. so I headed downtown..then back uptown so I could get off at a train close to Zewidi’s.. I get there around 12 & this girl STILL hasn’t showered. I was thinking in my head “hmm I hope I have enough time to do this” but I didn’t tell Zewidi ’til now. But she had 3 different outfits so we needed something that was a pretty neutral palette & this is what we got.

I was out the door around 1pm … we both got on the 2 downtown trains.. I passed my Metro Card that had 2 days left on it to Zewidi & we parted ways. A great ending to my NYC trip!!
